The Cadox Story
CADOX Building Design was founded by Stephen Oxley and first launched to family and friends in August 2002 from a small home office in the outer eastern suburbs. In the early 90s, Stephen decided to turn his lifelong dream into a career and was fortunate to be trained by some of the best draftsman and architects in the industry. His strong passion for drafting and design inspired him to learn the ropes in all aspects of drafting, giving CADOX the ability to take on many different projects.
From Small Home Office to Main Street

In the early days at CADOX, Stephen’s dream was to create a niche in the industry that was missing from many drafting firms and still is to this day. This was to be able to take the stress and worry out of the planning and drafting process for all clients. No matter the project, Stephen wanted to be able to deliver drafting solutions so that his clients never had to worry about the daunting process. This is where the ‘one-stop-shop’ was created for all planning, design and drafting needs.
From humble beginnings to one of the largest drafting firms in the eastern suburbs, it is an honour for Stephen and his team to present CADOX Building Design to you.
